Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to cost2action.com and interactions with Cost2Action Media (“Cost2Action,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the website, submitting a partnership inquiry or accessing a linked advertiser or publisher platform, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented for the applicable service.
If you act for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website or service.
Services and campaign terms
Cost2Action provides performance marketing, affiliate marketing, media buying, traffic-quality services, SEO, attribution support, creative services and web or app development. Availability, pricing, payout, attribution windows, permitted sources, caps, validation criteria and approval rules vary by campaign.
An insertion order, campaign brief, platform term, development statement of work or other written agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms. Access to an offer does not guarantee continued availability, volume, approval or payment for events that do not satisfy the agreed requirements.
Partner responsibilities
Partners must provide accurate business and payment information, protect credentials, follow campaign instructions and comply with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, sanctions and industry rules.
Unless expressly approved in writing, prohibited conduct includes bots or automated traffic, click injection, click spamming, fabricated events or leads, misleading creatives, unauthorized incentives, cookie stuffing, duplicate or recycled leads, unlawful data collection, brand bidding, unapproved sub-publishers and traffic from prohibited content or geographies.
Measurement, validation and payment
Tracking may rely on Cost2Action systems, advertiser records, MMPs, postbacks and fraud or quality tools. Campaign reporting may be adjusted for duplicates, invalid events, fraud, non-compliant sources, chargebacks, cancellations or advertiser rejection under agreed criteria.
Rates, currencies, thresholds, invoicing, taxes and payout schedules are campaign-specific. Each party is responsible for its own taxes unless the agreement states otherwise. “Competitive payouts” is a marketing description and does not promise that every offer will have the highest rate available in the market.
Telephone, text and TCPA disclosures
Cost2Action does not treat merely visiting this marketing website or providing a telephone number as consent to receive marketing robocalls or robotexts. Where a form separately asks for telephone or text-message consent, the disclosure presented at that point controls.
If you affirmatively consent, you may authorize Cost2Action and specifically identified partners to contact you at the number provided using calls or texts, including automated technology or prerecorded/artificial voice where permitted. Consent must not be a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
You may revoke consent through any reasonable method that clearly communicates your request, including replying STOP to a text where supported or emailing us. A non-promotional confirmation may be sent after an opt-out request. Partners remain responsible for maintaining appropriate consent records, honoring revocation and suppression requests, and complying with the TCPA, FCC rules, state mini-TCPA laws and applicable do-not-call requirements.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Cost2Action name, logo, website, copy, design and related materials are owned by or licensed to Cost2Action. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, republish or use them to misrepresent a relationship with us. Partner-provided materials remain subject to the applicable agreement and third-party rights.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Services and the website are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular volume, ranking, conversion rate, approval rate or financial result. Each party remains responsible for its own business decisions, creatives, claims, legal compliance and technical implementation.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising only from use of this website. Contract-specific liability terms remain controlled by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy, California Privacy Notice and Privacy Choices page explain our data practices. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
